PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY



PAYMENT POLICY

To secure your booking, we require advance payment for the class, course or class package. When you pay, you will receive a payment confirmation email.

You have 6 months to attend the classes/class package booked from the date of purchase.

When the student attends a class of the course, the student is considered to have agreed and no payment will be made if he or she does not attend any or the rest of the classes or decides not to continue with the course.

All payment will be in €uros (by PayPal or transfer to a bank account number in Spain).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  If the student could not attend the first class of the course, they could do so from the second class (they would have the right to receive the educational material provided in the class they missed). Whenever a student does not attend a class, they will still receive the material corresponding to that absent class.

If the student cannot attend the course and wishes to cancel, they can do so as long as it is before 24 hours before the start of the course. You will receive 100% of the course fee.
